I only do this if I have a hand cramp or if I’m working with more than 2 colors. It gets easier if I practice, but it’s really awkward if I haven’t done it in a while. Doubly awkward with the camera. You can see me resort to wrapping at the end!
Forgive the audio in the background, that’s Ron Howard on TCM. I had planned on overdubbing it or just deleting the sound, so the track was just to remind me of what I did. It’s not quite as funny as another take I did where I didn’t speak at all, but a documentary about Revelations is in the background. (Don’t ask- it was Christmas and the program selection was limited.) I didn’t realize it until the playback but the entire section is about the number of the beast and destruction of the the whore of Babylon. The word whore gets repeated to distraction. I should probably overdub this version with that sound!
